🌱Maintenance knowledge：

[Soak seeds] Soak in water at 40-50 degrees for one day to induce germination.

[Transplanting] The seedlings can be transplanted when they have 4 true leaves. Choose a cloudy day for transplanting vegetable seedlings. and water them thoroughly after transplanting.

[Growth] Watering should be controlled during the slow seedling period after transplanting and before bolting: During the bolting stage. the demand for water increases. so watering should be frequent. and the relative humidity of the soil should be maintained at about 90%.

[Harvesting] The harvest period is suitable when the chicken leg kale sprouts grow to be equal to or close to the height of the top of the leaves. The picking height is 15 to 25 cm.
